CREATION WORKSHOPS

This summer there will be two story development and workshop classes.
The format for each class is as follows: You will receive a creative prompt, and then will have ample time to create. You will have an opportunity to share you work, receive feedback, make edits, and receive coaching.

Mythic Story Creation Workshop
This workshop is for people who want to develop and work their mythic imagination muscle.
We will play at creating creation stories,
medicine stories, and seeing the magic in the ordinary.

Personal Narration Story Workshop:
This workshop is for people who want to develop their personal stories. If you’ve been wanting to create a story for The Moth or for a story slam, a solo show, or to have your story on the ready to tell, this is your

"IF A NATION LOSES ITS STORYTELLERS, IT LOSES ITS CHILDHOOD."

                            -PETER HANDKE

"I've learned that being a Sacred Storyteller is about so much more than telling stories well. It’s a way of Being in life—of being in service, available to the Divine, in the specific ways that are truest to our own natures. Leah is a masterful guide and a committed advocate for creators and for the Creator in us all and has taught me a new way of being in partnership with inspiration and wisdom."
Grace Boda, Storyteller in the 2019 Performance Intensive

"Leah is a tenacious master who would not stop until I met the underbelly of my story and gave it voice."
Olg Aura, Storyteller in the 2019 Performance Intensive
