Perhaps you will start paying special attention to all of the little and big stories you tell yourself and hear from others.

I am looking forward to being with you on this day in this way. You can expect to receive an email from me a few days before the event.

Please bring: 

+ A journal

+ A candle

+ Water bottle

+ A lunch dish that can be shared at lunch

+ A creation story (3-5 minutes) from your country of origin that you can speak (not read).
